You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you input into GetPrime. Content generated by the Service using your inputs is owned by you. However, we reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and Service quality.

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetPrime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
